The best place for trekking and biking in Germany is Mittenwald. Very popular are tours to the Lauter- and Ferchenlake or a walk to the Leutaschklamm. From the Mittenwald Hut you can enjoy a fantastic view down to Mittenwald and the Wettersteinmountains.
